Training and support are the backbone of a successful franchise system. We will provide a week’s worth of essential training before you open your franchise, followed by on- location assistance as you open your office. We will also provide software training, a website, a startup kit, and guidelines to ensure that you can hit the ground running. An intranet forum will facilitate efficient communication as well as a continued educational platform where you will be able to quickly turn for reminders, to brush up on best practices, and to help train the employees that you bring to the Nexus™ team. We also offer assistance in administrative record keeping, accounting systems, site selection, and any area that is essential to operating a Nexus Property Management™ franchise.
Communication is the key to successful property management and it is the key to a successful franchise. We will provide a dedicated phone line for all of our franchisees in addition to our electronic communication. We will also provide announcements and/or newsletters that will contain ongoing training related to your business. As noted above, the intranet forum will be essential in linking all members of the Nexus™ team.
