After receiving training and learning our policies and procedures, you will be ready to operate a profitable company that will only scale up in size when you’re ready to expand. In this way we ensure that we are always dedicated to the clients we have and we refrain from biting off more than we can chew.
As you gain experience, demand for Nexus’ services will grow steadily and it is at that time (and no sooner) that the company will need to expand. It is typical for a successful Nexus™ franchise to consist of just two people for the first several months. This allows you to truly master your craft without being overwhelmed. In time, you can add team members that will help add value to your franchise. A common model for success would include the franchise owner starting out as the leasing agent while also overseeing sales, management, and coordinating independent contractors for general maintenance. After some initial growth, a separate leasing agent may be hired to address that branch of the operation so the owner can focus on the growing demands of his or her other responsibilities. A maintenance director could later be hired and from there the franchise could explore performing some maintenance with an in-house team which will then continue to grow as tasks are perfected and new tasks are taken on.
