Tom M was here with another gentleman ( I didn’t catch his name) but they were at my apartment super fast when our water heater started spraying water and flooding the area around it. They came within 2 hours and had a new water heater with them. Response time was super fast and they had it all fixed and cleaned up for me. Both of these guys were incredibly nice and professional and overall a pleasure to work with!

I was having a showing with my daughter and your agent Makalai is very unprofessional and disrespectful, There was no electricity in the apartment that’s not a problem but he didn’t bother to put a flashlight in the bathroom just to show me , and he left me inside the apartment and waited for me outside And he didn’t mention anything about the laundry room.
