Owners and tenants can communicate, place and request maintenance work orders, and submit payments from their phones and/or computers. While priding ourselves on our response time, we also consciously over-communicate to ensure all parties are updated with the latest news and happenings regarding their properties.

A major contributor to our success also stems directly from our unique business model. Where many property management companies will direct most of their attention toward safe and easy single family homes, Nexus caters to single family home owners as well as seasoned investors. Very often this means we are managing 3 to 6 unit buildings. This may also bring us into areas that are harder to rent, where properties need to be improved, where our abilities and expertise are put to use. While some may see this as a much harder road to successful property management, we focus on the value we can add and the fact that we are a necessary cog for our investors.
