I've been renting with Nexus for the past year and have had good experience with them. They answer their portal with urgency and have GREAT maintenance workers. I've dropped my phone in a wall, got locked in on New Years Eve, and had other minor requests. I look forward to the next year

Renting through Nexus was incredibly easy and direct. My agent Mikalai was helpful with the entire application process and extremely friendly to speak with. I ended up being able to view and sign the apartment within a week. I’m glad to be renting with Nexus Property Management.
