HOW IT WORKS 

Any property owner who prefers to manage their own properties but is interested in professional tenant qualification and placement can contact our Nexus team to request that service. Using this link provided you can indicate Rent4U in the message body. From there, your local leasing agent will reach out to you to talk more about the steps we’ll take for marketing including a video tour and photography and listing on your local Nexus office website and our Nexus Property Management® Youtube channel. We have a revolving pool of potential tenants in search of properties to rent and on average videos will have 20-25 views within the first couple days and very often top 100 views within a week. Our process and past success get eyes on your property quickly…which means less time that your rental brings in zero income! 

Nexus will then handle all potential leads including substantive background and rental history investigation that includes credit, criminal, identity, legal, eviction, and terrorist checks. Your leasing manager will offer showings to pre-qualified callers and when we think we’ve found a good fit, we’ll share our recommendation and pertinent information with you for your approval. Nexus can then secure the first month’s rent and security deposit (or last month’s rent, depending on owner’s preference and state law). We’ll also generate a customized lease (and related documents) and take care of signing and finalizing the process with your new tenants.  

All of this for the cost of just one month’s rent. There are no other fees or binding contracts. Without lifting a finger or even leaving the house, you can easily alleviate stress and save the invaluable time it always takes to find and place a high caliber tenant.
