Nexus’ Tempe, Arizona office proudly offers its superior property management services to the 1.5 million residents and investors in the East Valley. We have been active in local real estate for almost a decade and are proud to offer a reliable, locally owned and operated property management option in an environment that's so rich we're being saturated by remote companies that don't fully align with the interests of Arizonians. We take great pride in our customer service and in the relationships that are so vital to successful real estate investment. Unlike the competition, who is typically just standing in for owners and collecting rent checks, Nexus looks to actively maximize the value of your investment and offers our Nvest® buyer’s agency services where we use our familiarity with the local markets and property analysis abilities to find and purchase investment properties for owners who are looking to add to their real estate portfolios. At Nexus Property Management®, we are dedicated to connecting our owners and tenants alike, to better living.
Honesty, efficiency, and longterm goals are at the heart of all we do. With our professional guidance, Nexus clients, and the tenants we place for them, will learn firsthand why Nexus Property Management® is one of the fastest growing property managers in the country. Real estate investment is the perfect way to bolster your financial portfolio and the Greater Phoenix area is the ideal location for that investment. The area once known as the Salt River Valley, and more commonly as The Valley of the Sun, has been growing rapidly since the end of World War II. Initially a haven for veterans, today the East Valley attracts new residents for a multitude of reasons including strong growth in commerce, tourism, and electronics manufacturing. Arizona State University, one of the largest universities in the country, attracts young people from all over the world. Over 70,000 students attend classes in Tempe and the ASU Polytechnic campus in Mesa is also in Nexus' service territory, Additionally, more and more world leading microchip and semiconductor producing companies are finding a home in the region. What does this mean for real estate here in the Valley? Well, there's no doubt more and more hard working, well-educated professionals and families are looking to move into the area. Where the sales market might not meet demand or expectations due to elevated prices and interest rates, the rental market is a great secondary option that more and more people are taking advantage of. If you're a property owner or real estate investor in the area, you should take advantage of our decade of experience in the region.
Importantly, it's worth looking more closely at the territory we service, especially in comparison to other parts of the country. Housing prices are up across the country because inventory is so low. In New England, where there are four other Nexus franchise offices, there is an older inventory of homes and limited space to add to it. That is not the case here in the East Valley. The big four: Mesa (512,000), Chandler (280,000), Gilbert (275,000), and Tempe (186,000) are all firmly established population centers. However, towns further east are among some of the fastest growing in the state (and in the country!). Queen Creek has been identified as the fastest growing town in The Grand Canyon State. It's been exploding for a decade with an additional growth of 18.8 % over the last two years! Since the pandemic, construction has been slower across the country, but Arizona continues to attract builders and residents to the desert and the future is as bright as the sun for serious investors and those looking to take advantage of the abundance of rental opportunities here In Phoenix's East Valley.
