Do you have a dumpster on the property? Does the city remove the trash? Who rolls the barrels to the curb and back? What days is the trash removed ?

Does the basement have any storage units? Is the basement accessible to the tenants? Are there any items in the basement that we might want to remove ?

What kind of heating systems do the apartments have ?

Are the keys a complete set ?

Does the property have parking? If it does, do you have assigned spots? If you do, are the spots in the lease? Have you had parking issues that may require us to hire a towing company ?

Are there any pest control issues that need to be addressed ?

How many bedrooms are in each unit ?

Do you have laundry in the building? The units? If you have coin op machines, would you like us to collect the coins ?

Do tenants pay for utilities? Are there any utilities that are comingled? Do you have meter numbers ?

Do you have snow removal and landscaping set up already? Will you need us to provide quotes for those services ?

Which tenants have authorized animals? Are the animals in the lease? Have you had an issue with tenants not picking up after their dogs? Which tenants (if known) ?

Are there any nagging issues (plumbing, electrical, etc.) that should be dealt with ?

Do the mailboxes require keys? Are the mailboxes owned by the USPS ?
