      Thank you for your interest in Nexus Property Management™. We are a company created for the real estate owner and investor by a real estate owner and investor. We understand what property owners want in a manager.

     When searching for the right management company there are many variables and costs to keep in mind. Many property owners look for the lowest management fee, which can be difficult to do because most property management companies don’t publish their prices like we do here at Nexus Property Management™. Some companies will tell you they charge a low percentage of the rent each month but then they sneak in and charge garbage fees like lease renewal fees, or vacancy fees. Some companies actually charge you when your property is empty or to place a tenant after an eviction. Others charge high 10% gouging “administrative fees” that they tack on to any bill payment made for their clients. You wont find any of those practices here at Nexus.

The Way Property Management Should Be

Here at Nexus Property Management™, our rates and fees are published for all to see on our Pricing page. We have no hidden fees or fine print to worry about. For our basic Service we charge only two fees, a monthly % of collected rent and a tenant placement or RErental fee when a vacant unit is filled. That’s it! We don’t charge lease renewal fees, vacancy fees, advertising fees or any other hidden fee. We have 90 day guarantees on our tenant placement service and eviction protection. If a tenant we place for any reason leaves within 90 days or at any point is evicted, we will RErent the unit for FREE. We stand by our Tenant Screening Service. The property owner and property manager relationship should be a partnership. Because of this we don’t believe in charging tenant placement fees after an eviction, charging vacant unit fees, or keeping late fees. We will only benefit when our clients benefit. That’s the way it should be. So that's how it is with Nexus Property Management™.

I am a new landlord without a lot of experience managing my three-family house. I hired Nexus Property Management because they could take care of my property just the way I would want...everything from getting new apartments in tip top condition and ready for advertising, to finding applicants, doing complete background and credit checks on them, and helping me by recommending the best prospect to take on as a new tenant, completing all the lease signing, collect rents and security deposits, and if that weren't enough...once the tenants are in place they deal with any issues and phone calls from tenants, and then just forward all the collected rents directly into my personal checking account each month. All communication is done online through their owner portal and couldn't be easier. It frees up so much personal time for me. I couldn't be happier with their level of service and professionalism. A special shout out to Jacob, their leasing agent who found me the best tenants, Ken, who coordinated all the work to get my apartment ready for rent in no time at all, and of course Greg Rice who manages a great crew of people who make managing property seem so effortless. I couldn't be happier!

Tenant Portal makes everything super easy, they respond extremely quickly, maintenance is fast and effective, and even snow removal is great(Tommy even helped me clean off my car too!)! I recommend Nexus to anyone I know who is looking for a place to rent!

If I could go lower than 1 star I would ... This place is a scam please do yourself a favor and stay away..oh and 9/10 of theses "good reviews" are from people they pay to post them .. because they offered my sister $50 off her rent if she made different emails and wrote nice things about them ..they are shady a.f and unprofessional .

You caught us Jay! We are out to scam all tenants and owners! Considering our landlord clients would not respond positively to rent discounts or credits being given out for the benefit of Nexus, logically the owners who would be losing $50 in rent revenue in your theory would end up leaving a negative review as they would be victims of theft. The math does not add up here. We appreciate your high opinion of our success.
