Step 1: Watch the YouTube video. Every Nexus listing has a link to a YouTube video which will help you decide if you want to make an appointment with a leasing agent for a viewing.

Step 2: Text 508-687-3001 to answer a few prescreening questions and connect with an agent. The agent will answer questions and provide you with a link to schedule an appointment.

Step 3: Attend the viewing.

Step 4: Fill out an online application. Most applicants will receive a decision within 24 hours of applying!

 
 

Nexus Feedback

Requiring account login for every simple communication is a waste of time. Accounting system is needlessly complicated. Rent received notifications & rent deposit notifications frequently missing. Shouldn't take 2 weeks for rent paid to appear in checking acc't. Leasing procedures, background checks, tenant screening & selection are excellent.
