Here at Nexus Property Management® we provide exceptional maintenance services that include:

RI Property Maintenance

Property evaluations

  • We will photograph and evaluate all properties at request.
  • We will submit a report on the condition, detailing any issues that need to be addressed immediately. Any issues that may come up in the future and suggestions for upgrades that may increase rent and/or lower vacancies

Maintenance Requests

  • We provide multiple ways for tenants to contact us and submit maintenance requests. These requests are reviewed and then a work order is submitted to our in house technicians or to one of the vendors in our network
  • All non emergency work orders over a predetermined price are submitted for owner approval before any work is scheduled

Preferred pricing

  • We provide value by lowering repair costs through our inhouse maintenance department and a network of quality vendors who offer preferred pricing.  We are able to offer lower prices because of the efficiency of our systems, experience of our staff and the volume of business we can bring to our vendors.

Mik @Nexus is a LIFE SAVER! After searching, and searching for a new place in NP for over a month with no luck, we were beginning to lose hope of keeping our boys in the NP school district. About a week before we had to be out of our house that sold (rental property), a beautiful condo popped up on Craigslist, I immediately called the number listed for Nexus, and was contacted by Mik. He answered my questions instantly, and set up a viewing the very next day. We filled out an application, and in LESS than 24 hours, he contacted us that we were approved, and met me at his office for the keys that very NEXT day! Not only did he make me an extra key for my son, but when the school needed papers notarized proving our new address on such short notice, he again came through. He met me at the office, filled out and notarized the papers himself, AND even printed me out a copy of our lease agreement! He was always a text away through the whole, QUICK process. He responded in minutes, and met me at the office right away. After all the bad luck, and horrible apartments we viewed, we found one we loved, and it was a FAST, smooth, stress-free experience. This is from a vendor's perspective, since I do the programming for Nexus' back office service invoice system. This means having the team members write up invoices online for what they do for Nexus' customers (Landlords) and how the team members get paid and how the customers are billed. In working for Nick and Greg for several years, I am impressed by their ability to formulate their requirements clearly, and also, since I constantly review how my stuff is working and therefore read tons of detailed invoices, how straightforward their communication with their customers is. As I said once in an email to them, I like working for these guys, and for their team members.
