I am a recent client of Nexus as a property owner, living out of state. So far I can't say enough good things about my experience. Greg and the entire team have been fantastic!!! Within one week, they had the property listed (with a video of the house on youtube) had showings, and had a security deposit from a renter. Just proves their process works. While I haven't had to use the maintenance department yet, on the first day the manager emailed me his direct contact information, including cell phone and email. No red tape. Their on-line portal is easy to use, everything right there in a simple menu structure. It even has links to youtube video tutorials on how to use the website. Overall my experience has been amazing with Nexus, and as an owner living about 1,000 miles away, I couldn't be happier with the service.
