Nexus Property Management® provides the RENT4U® service to Owners who are in search of strictly tenants, and not ongoing management. We have an evolving pool of potential tenants in search of properties to rent; from studio apartments to oceanfront homes. In conjunction with our industry leading leasing speed, your unit can be producing cash flow with an owner approved tenant before you know it! The RENT4U® service is a program offered to owners that want to take advantage of Nexus’ superb marketing and tenant placement processes, but still handle the daily operations of the residence after it has be rented. 

Nexus Property Management® ​ Will:

  • Perform a video tour (with commentary) and publish it to a myriad of rental sites and the Nexus YouTube Channel
  • Take photos to accompany the virtual tour advertisement
  • Generate a customized digital advertisement for your property
  • Handle all potential tenant leads 24/7/365
  • Offer showings to pre-qualified callers on a 24/7/365 basis
  • Substantive background & rental history investigation that includes Credit, Criminal, Identity, Legal, Eviction, and Terrorist.
  • Secure 1st month’s rent and last month’s rent or security deposit (Depending on owner preference)
  • After an owner approved tenant is located, Nexus will generate a customized lease (and related documents) and take care of the signing with your new tenant(s)!

  • Nexus retains 1st month’s rent for services provided, and Owner has security deposit direct deposited into a bank account of choice. *Mailed checks are also offered upon request

Mikalai was wonderful. I was looking for an apartment for me and my daughter and he was very helpful, asked me insightful questions and he was texting with me back and forth (I don’t like talking on the phone so this was specially convenient for me) He sent me links to video tours of the apartments on YouTube so I was able to see them before we actually met at the property. The signing process was simple and all done online! I can’t stress how much I like that we did almost everything by text, email and the tenant portal. Greg from the office was also very nice and he seemed genuinely happy that we got the apartment! This is a great team of people. I recommend them 100%

Responded to an online post with a simple question. Without answering the question they ask for all kinds of personal information. When I called to ask the question same process. Now I’m getting countless emails, texts and even got hit with a YouTube notification. How about just answering a question. In the end you didn’t answer a simple question

Hello Bill, it sounds like you contacted our Leasing Department. We have a process in place to ask pre-screening questions for all potential tenants. We do not show properties to prospects without knowing a little about who they are. On a similar note it appears you left a bad review to another property management company here in Rhode Island 7 months ago with the same complaint. This shows me that you are not adjusting to today's leasing processes. Best of luck, thank you.
