I am so Very Pleased! My boyfriend Jacob and I just got our very first apartment through Nexus and it has been a wonderful first experience. I can't speak highly enough of them. We worked directly with Greg who answered all of my questions and was on top of everything, Nick was also very helpful! When we got into our apartment there were a few things that needed to be fixed but with their online maintenance requests the things were fixed the day of or the day we requested! We worked with Mike and Tom and they are both great. The best part is they allow me to plant flowers and grow some veggies outside! All in a all it was very different than the "first time renter" horror stories I have come across! Definitely work with them if you can!

Seth is an outstanding young driven worker I was just speaking to him and shooting ideas at him and he had a solution to hiw to fix it from carpentry to plumbing. I'd be honored to have a worker like him work with us. Rare to find at his age.
