At first they were great, replying to everything, but once you are there for a few months, they forget about you. I have about 4 service requests that have been open since beginning of May. Need your yard work done because it's starting to look like a jungle and you aren't responsible for it in your lease? Don't expect them to do anything about it. I'll change my review when they contact me, because that's how they played it last time, all they care about is their decked out office that never has anyone in it and whether or not you are resigning the lease.

Nexus Property Management is a win/win partnership for both owners and the tenants. The building started off rocky, inconsistent, empty apartments, and with little revenue. Over time nexus was able to fill each apartment with good tenants at fair prices, provide a safe and clean apartment, and maintained tenant relationships to help make the property profitable and desirable. It was nice to go to bed at night not worrying about late night emergencies or about collecting rent because I had Nexus to take care of that for me. Kudo’s to Mikalai, Gregory, Tom, Ken, and the rest of the Nexus team for a job well done. Thank you!
