Woke up to no hot water on Wednesday, 12/23. Put in an emergency maintenance request with Nexus. A couple hours later I was contacted by Tom from Nexus Maintenance who assured me they would get the problem assessed and resolved asap, and that he did!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tom for his excellent service in getting my water heater replaced and up and running, in time to do my dinner dishes! Tom was totally professional and he kept me informed and aware of the repair needed and the time expected to do the work. The job was completed in record time and I'm delighted with the outcome!
