NO.. We don't believe in gimmicks or garbage “set up” or “new account” fees we charge a monthly management fee based on rent collected, and a RErental fee for placing a tenant. THAT'S IT!

I've been in contact with both Leo and Greg during my search for an apartment. Both are extremely helpful and speedy with their responses. I love the tenant portal and that they do video walkthroughs so you can get a feel of the apartment before you even schedule a viewing. They're extremely helpful as well. Due to being a multi unit building National Grid was having a lil trouble finding out which one was mine for electric. Be the fact that I'm at work I couldn't go get the meter number in time to set it up but Greg got me pictures of the numbers fpr me so i can set up electric. Would defiently recommend to others and would go through them again if the need comes around.
